Returns and Refunds

We want our customers to shop with confidence.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Personal care products, undergarments, and items marked as non-returnable.

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

• If you paid via cash on delivery, refunds will be transferred through a bank account or store credit.

4. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
